TANGOCOATL: A Tango Seminar in Puerto Vallarta
Join us for an unforgettable week in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! During the day you will attend tango workshops with Cecilia Gonzalez and Paulo Araujo, musicality classes with Blas Rivera, and introductory sculpting classes with Manuel Palos. Then, meet the local tangueros at evening milongas.

CECILIA GONZALEZ
Cecilia is an exceptional dancer who has worked with the most renowned Argentine dancers of her generation. She combines strong movements with wise softness getting, without effort, the most powerful synthesis. Cecilia shares her extensive knowledge and passion with her students. She has given workshops and has been continually invited to festivals around the world.

PAULO ARAUJO
A native of Rio de Janeiro, Paulo began his formal study of tango in 1989 in Buenos Aires. Students call him a "brujo" (magician) because of his wizardry in finding and correcting their individual weaknesses. He concentrates on technique rather than steps and gives ingenious exercises to address problem areas.  Energy connection, embrace as a sacred act, and dynamic musicality and creativity within the couple are his hallmarks.

BLAS RIVERA
Blas is a renowned composer, pianist, and sax player. Originally from Argentina but with strong roots in Brazil, he has created a new and original music that bridges the worlds of tango and jazz. He has been teaching musicality for choreographers and dancers, helping them develop a deep comprehension of the universality of music, which goes beyond cultural borders.

MANUEL PALOS
Trained in Italy, Manuel Palos has more than 30 years of experience in custom sculpture, restoration and art conservation projects. His work can be found internationally in major public placements as well as in important private collections.
